We kindly request you provide 24 hours notice to cancel an appointment, failure to do so will incur a 100% charge or a deposit to be taken for future bookings.

In the unlikely event you are unhappy with a purchased product we will provide a full refund if returned within 7 days.

In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with the result of a treatment, please let us know within 7 days. At Beauty by Tabitha we have a 7 day Complaints Policy, where the stylists/therapist will be happy to discuss and rectify any issues. If you are still unhappy a full refund may be provided in salon. Nail repairs are free of charge in the first 7 days, thereafter will be charged per nail repair.

It is your responsibility to advise of any changes in medical or contact details. Please notify us in order that we may update your details.

Our clients are very important to us; your appointments are reserved especially for you, therefore we respectfully ask that if you need to cancel or reschedule that you give us at least 24 hours’ notice.

Our Cancellation Policy allows us the time to inform our standby clients of any availability, ensuring we provide a more efficient service. -
Confirmation Text Reminders

Our appointments are confirmed 48 hours in advance as a text reminder to you because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you may have booked months ago.

Since the services are reserved for you personally, a Cancellation Fee will apply:
- Less than 24-hours’ notice will result in a charge equal to 100% of the reserved service amount.
- “NO SHOWS” will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount. -
- Multiple services not cancelled 24 hours in advance will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount. 50% of your multiple services may be charged to your credit card to reserve the appointment time.

Deposits

A non-refundable deposit is taken for Microblading, Lash extensions, Hair colour/extension appointments and any other appointments lasting more than 1 hour.
