  • We kindly request you provide 24 hours notice to cancel an appointment, failure to do so will incur a 100% charge or a deposit to be taken for future bookings.

  • In the unlikely event you are unhappy with a purchased product we will provide a full refund if returned within 7 days.

  • In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with the result of a treatment, please let us know within 7 days. At Beauty by Tabitha we have a 7 day Complaints Policy, where the stylists/therapist will be happy to discuss and rectify any issues. If you are still unhappy a full refund may be provided in salon. Nail repairs are free of charge in the first 7 days, thereafter will be charged per nail repair. 

  • It is your responsibility to advise of any changes in medical or contact details. Please notify us in order that we may update your details.

  • Please respect and enjoy our calm & relaxing environment by turning your phones to silent allowing you and our guests to enjoy the time with us.

  • Our clients are very important to us; your appointments are reserved especially for you, therefore we respectfully ask that if you need to cancel or reschedule that you give us at least 24 hours’ notice.

  • STRICT AND ENFORCED 24 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY

    Our Cancellation Policy allows us the time to inform our standby clients of any availability, ensuring we provide a more efficient service.
  • Confirmation Text Reminders
  • Our appointments are confirmed 48 hours in advance as a text reminder to you because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you may have booked months ago. 
  • Since the services are reserved for you personally, a Cancellation Fee will apply:  

    -    Less than 24-hours’ notice will result in a charge equal to 100% of the reserved service amount.

    - “NO SHOWS” will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount. 
  • -   Multiple services not cancelled 24 hours in advance will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.  50% of your multiple services may be charged to your credit card to reserve the appointment time.
  • Unavoidable Circumstances
  • It happens….. and in the case of an emergency we will do our best to work with you.
  • Deposits
  • A non-refundable deposit is taken for Microblading, Lash extensions, Hair colour/extension appointments and any other appointments lasting more than 1 hour.
  • We thank you for taking the time to view and support our policies.
